Our President, Doug Baird OAM was presented with his Order of Australia medal on 29th October 2019 at Government House, Queensland.
His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC, Governor of Queensland held the ceremony, where 26 Queenslanders who were mostly serving Australian Defence Force personnel or involved in organisations supporting veterans were recognised.
